I'll be performing at West Heaton Bowling Club with the marvellous Dr Butler's Hatstand Medicine Band . Would love to see you!
I feel truly honoured to have been asked by "The Captain" to open the show for him in my home town at The Partington Theatre in Glossop on 1st April; a haunting old theatre with a wonderful atmosphere. It will be a magical evening of heartfelt music, where I will be joining The Captain with harmonies on a few of his brand new songs.
Delighted to have been asked to support the one and only, completely unique and fearsome pianist and singer that is Lauren Young (with band!). At Fuel Cafe/Bar Withington, Manchester. Do come, you won't know what's hit you. She's a woman utterly devoted to music who plays the piano like some kind of wizard. Intense, classical & a bit Kate Bush. I'll be singing a 30-45minute set.
Another gig to look forward to this weekend, supporting singer and loop maker Alex Hulme - who has received plaudits from Paul McCartney, Billy Ocean and Janice Long, with his work receiving critical acclaim from Ultimate Guitar and the BBC. He conquers the intricate layering of loops on a live stage that would put many to shame; his live show is intense and joyous to watch at every turn. https://www.facebook.com/events/774710699578632/
