This is a song about endeavoring to be more sensitive with loved ones, treading with gentle, "fairy feet". Inspired by a strange Autumn day last year when the sun was red and the sky was orange.

This week saw my first ever video shoot. We filmed and recorded live performances of two of my songs, Path of Totality and Fairy Feet in Old Glossop Parish Church using their beautiful old grand piano. Thanks to my very talented and technical friends, we had fantastic lighting, lots of cameras and got some wonderful footage. Hopefully the editing won't take too long! I can't wait to show you the finished videos! The Manchester Women's Songwriter Collect has invited five female singer-songwriters from in and around Manchester (including myself) to perform a thirty minute set each at their second ticketed event; "Girls on Tour: For The Artists II" on June 6th at The Font Fallowfield. Later on this year I'll be having my very own show at The Globe (the first solo ticketed event!) to co-inside with the launch of my EP.
This will be my first time performing at one of Andy Dervyshire's famous "Respect the Artists" gigs, where audience members are required to be silent during songs! This is just perfect for me, as sometimes my quieter more atmospheric songs get lost in a pub full of noisy punters! So I shall be singing my most delicate songs for the occasion.
